QUICK TERMS
AS-IS, WHERE-IS: All items are sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees.
PAYMENT & PICKUP REQUIRED: Payment is due at auction close. Scheduling a pickup appointment is required before collecting items.
MISSED PICKUPS: Failure to pick up during the designated pickup period will result in a $20 fee per item. Additional labor, transportation, storage, delivery, disposal, or handling fees may apply.
ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.
WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.
BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.
EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.
AI-ENHANCED PHOTOS: Primary images may be enhanced for visibility and readability. Items themselves are not altered. Review all photos carefully.
AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
