This is the first of 3 sales for the estates of Pat & Jim Shope.

This first sale will take place in the house where they created all of their beautiful art, décor, arrangements, etc.

We ask for PATIENCE with our staff. The house is tight and we reserve the right to limit the number in the house to 15-30 people at a time. It will be at our discretion.

Parking will be tight and people will have to walk. Please do not block streets or roadway. Be considerate of the neighbors.
