NEITHER OWNER OR MANAGEMENT OF THE SALE WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE ON THIS PROPERTY, OR WITH THE LOADING/UNLOADING OF ANY PURCHASE!

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item. Do not hoard items and then "decide" later to "go through" those items to decide if you plan to purchase them. You have taken them out of the sale when you set them back and could cause an item to miss a sale if you decide not to buy.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) Prices are firm on Friday, 25% discount on Saturday, 50% discount on Sunday and 65% discount on Monday. Management reserves the right to determine if an item will have a reserve and not be discounted accordingly. Those items will be marked "This item has a Reserve".
4) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items. Arrangements can be made to pick up any item up to one week following the close of the sale. NOTE Again: management does not have labor to load large items. Buyer will be responsible for removal off any purchase.
5) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police. Removing and switching tags IS A Violation!
6) Doors will open at the published time. Outside sale is subject to open before the house hours if we have personnel available to start outside sale earlier!
7). If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
8) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
9) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash in any areas.
10) We will Provide Numbers our Staff brings the day of the Sale. (Approx. 1 hour Prior to opening the Sale)

NOTE: this is a small, but full house. We will do our best to allow in as many people as possible when opened, but at times it may get crowded. Therefore, please be polite and courteous to others, as everyone wants to shop! If not, we will be limited to how many people we can let in at one time! Anyone being rude will be ask to leave. Sorry, to have to remind you, but the house is small!
