All items are priced to sell on the first day. Items will be negotiable on Saturday (no standard markdown). On Sunday all items except for Sterling Silver will be half off.

Forms of Payment: Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, Cashapp and Paypal.

Please bring your own help to move furniture.
