Estate Sale Guidelines – What to Know Before You Shop

All items are sold as-is, where-is — please take a good look before you buy.

All sales are final — no returns or refunds, so double-check your finds!

Payment is due at the time of purchase — we can’t hold items without payment.

Please don’t park on neighbors’ grass or block driveways — let’s keep the neighborhood happy!

You’re responsible for moving your purchases — especially the big stuff. Bring a buddy and a ride if you need one.

Need more time for large items? No worries — you’ve got until Sunday to pick them up, as long as they’re paid for.

You break it, you buy it — so please be mindful!

Be careful and watch your step while browsing — we want everyone to have a safe, fun experience.
