  • Buyers Premium: EMG Estate Sales adds to your Invoice a 6% Buyers Premium. (Example: If your winning bid is $1,000.00, with the 6% Buyers Premium, your net Invoice total will be $1,060.00 before Sales Tax).
  • Sales Tax: Applicable Sale Tax will be charged to your net total for the appropriate Parish & State.
  • Time2bidauctions and its approved & verified Sellers are not responsible for your bidding results. Be aware of closing times and that cell & internet service can play a huge role in the timing of your bidding.
  • All Auctions are soft close auctions. This is the amount of time between staggered lot closing times. Eash Seller determines the amount of time.
  • Auctions may have an auto increase time at the end of closing time. This is the amount of time a lot is extended at the end of the closing time when a bid is placed. Generally the time amount is 60 seconds. This give another bidder the opportunity to place another bid, therefore causing a "bidding war" against multiple bidders who wish to purchase an item.
  • By Bidding, you are committing to follow through on scheduling an appointment, payment and picking up your winning items. You MUST follow through with scheduling your appointment or contact your Seller to make pick up or shipping arrangements within 24 hours after the sale.
  • Please check your spam folder for emails that may have been forwarded there by your browser. Also, please look for text messages for further instructions. If you fail to do so, it will result in your Invoice being cancelled & your item(s) will be sold to next highest bidder & you will also forfeit your right to bid & purchase from Time2Bid Auctions in the future. Your account will be suspended, restricted and/or reported.
  • Text Messaging: Winning Bidders agree and accept that upon winning, you agree to accept text messages from Sellers within the Time2bidAuctions Website in reference to your Invoice, Payment, Appointments and Future Sales. At any time, you may opt out of receiving future text messages. Your information is not shared with any third party.
  • Packing: Unfortunately, we do not always have supplies to assist you with packing and boxing. Please be prepared to bring packing materials to pack and box your fragile items.
  • MOVING LARGE ITEMS: If you win large and/or heavy items, please be sure to bring help. It is your responsibility to bring appropriate help and supplies to move your items safely out of the home to prevent any damage, not only to the home, but your items. Please bring the appropriate Tools, blankets, dollies, hand trucks, straps, etc , as these items are not provided. Employees are not allowed to assist with the moving of your items that are too heavy for them to handle. If you do not supply the appropriate help or equipment to safely remove items, you will not be able to remove your item at the that time.
