1) All sales Final - no returns. Not responsible for any accidents, lost items left behind at the sale.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as our employees do not help load large items
4) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
5) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
5) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash on the grounds
6) We do not honor any written Sign-Up lists nor will there be Provided Numbers the day of the Sale.

Our family home for over 50 years, our mom (Lola) loved holidays - especially Christmas and Easter as you can tell by her collections. In the last couple years of her life, Christmas became her norm, she was constantly displaying and rearranging her vast collection. She would never want her collection to sit in storage boxes at our homes, she would want others to enjoy.
Mom literally became a collector of things that she liked and if she really liked it she collected more than 1 of same item. Mom also had an artist side that we didn't realize until we were sorting for the sale - we found ceramics that we assumed she had purchased, in fact she had actually painted - some are being offered in the sale - just look for her signature on bottom.
