🏡 Property Access & Safety

• This sale is located at a private residence — please respect the property and neighboring homes.

• Entry will begin at the posted start time only. No early entry or pre-sales.

• The home and premises are under video surveillance for security.

• Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.

• Children must remain with an adult at all times.

• Bring help, tools, and a suitable vehicle for loading large or heavy items. Estate staff cannot assist with lifting or transport.

💵 Payment & Pickup

• Cash and credit/debit cards accepted (if applicable).

• All purchases must be removed by the end of the final sale day unless prior arrangements are made.

• Buyer assumes all responsibility for removal and transport of purchased items.

🚪 Entry & Liability Notice

• Attendance at the sale is at your own risk. The executor and estate are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost property on the premises.

• Large items, furniture, and appliances are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Prices are firm on opening day and may be reduced on subsequent days at the executor’s discretion.
