I have never seen more items in one house. This collector, who slept in a wonderful plantation bed, went to estate sales for 60 yours.  A regular at New Orleans area estate sales would probably recognize her. There was no end to her collecting-- carnival and other American glass, American pottery, vintage clothes, compacts, statuary, outdoor items, compacts, steins,  bottles, ephemera, dolls, records, books-- and on and on.  Just look at the photos to get a glimpse of it.

 Like many people who devoted their lives to collecting, their family is not interested  in her collection,  but more interesting in  renting the house. My own children are this way,

Thus,  we are charged with getting this incredible collection to you for a very fair price. PLEASE do not forget about that weekend and this collection. It is an amazing accumulation of decades of  careful study and loving accumulation of wonderful items.  
 

Because local city ordinances allow such sales to be held on weekends only, this sale will be conducted on Saturday and Sunday only.
