Hey y’all! We’re so glad you’re coming to check out the sale. Here are a few quick things to help everything run smoothly and keep it fun for everyone:

• All items are sold as-is, where-is — please take a good look before you buy.

• All sales are final — no returns or refunds, so double-check your finds!

• Payment is due at the time of purchase — we can’t hold items without payment.

• Please don’t park on neighbors’ grass or block driveways — let’s keep the neighborhood happy!

• You’re responsible for moving your purchases — especially the big stuff. Bring a buddy and a ride if you need one.

• Need more time for large items? No worries — you’ve got until Sunday to pick them up, as long as they’re paid for.

• You break it, you buy it — so please be mindful!

• Be careful and watch your step while browsing — we want everyone to have a safe, fun experience.
