The Beverly Estate Sale | An Elegant Bendel Gardens Collection

Our sales take place in homes and garages, some spaces may be uneven or have stairs. Please watch your step and use caution when moving around the sale location. Enter at your own risk, we are not responsible for any injuries on property.

We do not do pre sales or preview days. No early birds please.

No pricing will be given out online for items featured in pictures. We also may not be able to answer specific questions online due to the high volume of messages and inquiries.

No purses, or backpacks are allowed in the sales. Empty shopping bags are allowed. We do provide boxes and bags for your convenience.
Preferred form of payment is cash, however we do accept Credit Cards, Zelle, Venmo.

All sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges, or refunds once you have checked out. We try to plug in, and test all items prior to sell and we have outlets available for you to personally test before purchases.

All large items need to be picked up by the end of the sale. Please do not purchase an item if you do not have a way to load and haul off items. Delivery on certain items is available for an additional charge depending on item and location (some items are excluded using the discretion of the sales manager).
