Buyers are Responsible for Moving Items Purchased on Day of Sale, Unless other Arrangements are made Before Sale Closes - bring a buddy and a vehicle to help move your large items, or make arrangements with The Occasional Wife for deliveries. We are committed to providing a fun and friendly atmosphere at our sales where everyone is welcome. We do not offer pre-sales, items can only be sold after the estate sale has been open for one hour. We do not give out numbers for lining up at the sale, so line up early. Please note that estate contents pictured in postings may be subject to change as these items are the property of the family/estate until said items are sold. *DELIVERY INFO:
Currently, we are offering FREE DELIVERY WITHIN A 20-MILE RADIUS UNDER THESE TERMS: No combining items to get to $200; bought other items under $200 that also need delivery? THEN small add-on items are $25 each (nightstand, end table, mirror, etc.). LARGE add-on items are $50 each (coffee table, dresser, recliner, etc.). The 20-mile radius rule still applies to additional items. 
Basic deliveries for one item under $200: Within 20 miles is a $65 fee. Past 20 miles: $65 delivery fee + $4/mile for every mile over $20. For any add-on items, see above ($25 or $50 per item)
WE DO NOT DELIVER: pianos, pool tables, large outdoor structures, fountains, concrete tables. WE DO NOT reconnect any appliances. REASSEMBLY of any item is a $50 fee. Thank you!
