— No phone sales or holds. We are unable to respond to calls and emails with regard to price, condition, measurements, etc. Everything advertised will be available at the sale unless the family/estate removes an item(s) prior to the sale.
— Please do not pull tags unless you are sure to purchase. We reserve the right to re-tag items to ensure they get sold.
— Please be prepared to move items before you purchase. Our staff is unable to lift and move large and heavy items from the house. We have a list of recommended movers below and posted at checkout.
