large items will have a tag: pull the tag to claim. **please do not take tags and put them back later. taking a tag means you are purchasing the item. tags that are not brought to the checkout in a timely manner will be replaced and the item will be considered available.
ALL items must be moved by the end of the sale (3:00pm saturday)-- HARD STOP. no exceptions. sorry, no refunds will be issued for items not picked up.
please plan ahead and bring help to load large items. sidehaul staff cannot help move items. no presales, dimensions, or pricing available in advance of the sale. not responsible for accidents. first come, first served in order of line when doors open at 8:00am.

if you came to part one of this studio sale (and/or if you didn't), you won't want to miss part two. carey hero king is back with her huge array of work, including many new pieces that were not offered in august. prime local holiday shopping! every piece is original and one-of-a-kind. one day only!
this is a second rare opportunity to view and shop king’s brilliant uptown studio space, which is not normally open to the public. king will offer hundreds of her beautiful original artworks in every shape, size, medium, and subject— botanicals, still lifes, portraits, interiors, landscapes, large-scale abstracts, small sketches, and more. stacks of paintings, drawers full of drawings, and unframed/framed options with something for everyone and a variety of price points. this artwork is accessibly priced for collecting.
**this is a living breathing workshop, so please expect some changes to the inventory between now and the sale date— please come in person that weekend to see exactly what is available. we are continuing to organize the works and adding new pieces every day. the studio will be overflowing with options!
