Winning bidders must pay their invoices online. No cash is handled upon completion of the sale. Pick-up will be in the immediate days following the sale and buyers will be requested to make an appointed time to arrive. We ask that you do this so that we don't generate chaos by chancing that everyone shows up at once. If your item is heavy or bulky please bring help to load it. Also, if you have purchased a small delicate item, we ask that you bring a box or bag and some packing material for safe travel. (Many times people forget this.) All items can be, (and larger items must be), picked up within the time we specify, for in most cases, a property is being sold and the items must be removed. We have no provisions to store items for you. Winning bidders who fail to pick up their items, or make arrangements to do so, risk forfeiture of their item(s) without reimbursement or compensation. The pick-up location will be established with you upon the close of the sale, and when payment is made. And finally, we can offer shipping on some items with buyer paying for shipping and handling costs. If you would like your item shipped, just be in touch with us to get a shipping quote.
