By attending this sale, all visitors agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final – Sold As Is
All items are sold AS IS / WHERE IS with no warranties, guarantees, or returns. Many of these tools and parts are vintage or used. We make no claims as to the safety, performance, or suitability of any equipment sold. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.

2. No Onsite Testing of Power Tools or Machinery
For safety and liability reasons, testing of saws, drills, grinders, compressors, or any other powered tools or machinery will not be permitted onsite. We encourage visual inspection only.

3. Use at Your Own Risk
Buyers assume all risks associated with the use of any item purchased. The seller assumes no liability for injury, damage, or loss resulting from the handling or use of any tools, machines, parts, or materials acquired at this sale.

4. Payment Methods
We accept: Cash & Venmo

All payments are due in full at time of purchase. No holds, tabs, or delayed pickups without prior approval.

5. Entry at Your Own Risk
This is an active workshop with potential trip hazards, sharp edges, and heavy equipment. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents occurring on the premises. Children must be supervised at all times.

6. No Early Birds or Private Previews
Doors will open at the posted times only. Please respect the posted schedule and space.
