The auctioneer and company do not guarantee the authenticity of any of the items in this auction. We only state information given to us, and minimal research has been done. The bidders are responsible for making decisions based on what they see for themselves. Should you have any questions about a particular item, please feel free to call us at 318-828-2915, M-F 10-4, or you can text me directly at 318-469-2472, but please ensure if you send a text, you tell me who you are and what you would like to know, and then just give me time to check out what it is you are needing, and I will text you back. I no longer answer this phone because of so much SPAM & Solicitors, and I don't recognize the number; it goes straight to voicemail. There are no refunds or returns for any reason!
FIREARMS: Any auctions conducted that include the sale of firearms of any type will be guided by all Federal, State, and Local laws. Auctions Unlimited holds an FFL Dealer license and provides transfer & background checks, which may be made onsite. A $10 fee will be charged for this service on-site on the first firearm, and a $5 fee will be charged for any additional firearms awarded in that same auction to the same bidder. These fees apply to any firearms sold online for processing. All firearms can only be released to the person on the invoice, so make sure if you want to retrieve the firearm, the account is in your name. Any firearms that require shipping (this includes antique, vintage, or new) will be shipped by us as we are FFL Licensees, but they must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer location. If the winner possesses their own FFL license, it may be shipped directly to him/her. Any person bidding on firearms agrees to all of the above before bidding and must know the laws of their state and the guidelines.
The auction company will do the packing and shipping for small items in this auction, and normal shipping is within 3-7 business days following the auction. While we cannot provide shipping for the larger furniture items, we will be happy to help you make arrangements for it. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Winning bidders will pay actual shipping, insurance, and T&M costs. Furniture and large items must be shipped via common carrier; the bidder is to pay associated costs. Our priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. We will gladly deliver large items to our local Carriers at no additional charge. Shipping charges for these larger items will be between you and the shipping company. Insurance is required for any purchases.
Preview for online timed auctions will be available online before the start of the auction and through the auction until the last item sells. Contact the auction company with additional questions.
Your purchases must be removed within 5 days of the auction. Items not removed within this period will be sold for storage charges, or you will be charged a daily fee of $5 per day, per item for storage.

AUCTIONS UNLIMITED has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The property is open to thorough public inspection. (non online) It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinate factor. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction, but make no representations. In no event shall AUCTIONS UNLIMITED be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determining factor. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
AUCTIONS UNLIMITED is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against AUCTIONS UNLIMITED or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Online auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. If you win an item in the auction, you will be notified by email. To have enough time to conduct authorizations, registration must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of the auction. If the day before an auction falls on a holiday or weekend, the deadline is the day before the holiday or the Friday before the auction.
To better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to ensure good communication between AUCTIONS UNLIMITED and the bidder throughout any transactions.

We postponed this sale from last week. It will be held this Friday and Saturday, September 5th and 6th, from 9:00-4:00
HUGE Estate Sale ~ University Terrace ~ Mostly RETRO ~ The Works!
This is going to be one crazy sale. This home is over 3,100 square feet and is way overfilled. We are going to have the sale this weekend, but I kid you not, we are still opening drawers, boxes, and closets just trying to get everything out where it can be sold. Almost everything in this house is from the 1970s-1990s, with a central focus on the 1980s. There is everything in this house you can imagine. From pretty glass and decor to autographs, video games and we are STILL finding more of all of that. I am going to direct you to my YouTube Channel. In case the link does not work, you can find it under @debrajohnson2533 in YouTube, and just click the video to see what I had photos of, but we have found more since, so you will not see everything. I may even try to do a live walk-through video before the sale if I get time.
Don't forget to sign up for our email list and YouTube Channel to get first notifications of all our sales, auctions, live shows, games, and prizes. This brings up another subject: If you are not on our email notification list, you may be missing out on several things that may be of interest to you. A lot of people think they are on my list, but they are actually just seeing our sales on someone else's email, post, or site that has posted our sales, which we greatly appreciate, but won't give you some things you might be interested in. For instance, we will sometimes open our sales a day or two before it is posted, but we open to our email and YouTube Subscribers only. But that's not all...you are also missing special secret private sales, games, and surveys you can enter to win prizes. While I don't do it daily, weekly, or at any particular time, it's usually do it on a whim, so you may want to consider getting on our list and subscribing to our YouTube Channel.
