Sterling, Art, Finery & More High End Estate Sale 4/12-4/13

Terms

1. Numbers will be passed out at 7:30 AM on a first-come, first-serve basis to those present. We do not allow lists, as we have unfortunately had their integrity compromised in the past. We allow 25 people in the home at a time so as not to overwhelm our staff, the estate, or our buyers.

2. Large furniture items have price tags. If you have the tag, you have the right to buy that item. Take the tag to the register to pay for it. We will move the furniture and help you load your vehicle.

2. Posted prices are non-negotiable until Saturday at noon

3. Please bring your own bags, boxes, packaging material, and anything else you need to safely transport your items

5. We will remove large purchases from the home for you and help you load your vehicle. Delivery is available for an additional fee.

6. All items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do not pre sell or hold items.

7. We do not tolerate disrespect to our staff or your fellow buyers. Failure to follow the rules and respect the signage will result in a ban.
