EVERYONE is invited, and can come between 9-2 on FRI & and 9am to 2pm on SAT - however this replaces the sign up sheet at the property for those folks that would like to be there at the start of the sale. We will let a certain number of people in at a time - Amanda will send you back a number and that number is your order of coming into the home.) Thank you! :)

PARKING: there is parking on the street but please be careful and do not block driveways!

Throughout the duration of the sale, there will be a certain amount of people allowed in at any given time.

Please Note: Due to our insurance company we cannot help carry large items out for our customers. Please bring assistance to help with your items. If you purchase large furniture it would be best if you could pick it up right after the sale ends on each day.

Please bring your own packing materials and transport materials, if necessary - boxes, dolly, hand trucks, etc.) bring help to load large items. We will have some newspaper/bubble wrap and some bags for your convenience. Please bring blankets to protect surroundings if bringing larger items out. We are not responsible for accidents.

Please note that the items we are selling are preowned, used and second-hand. While we endeavor to do our best to ensure that we describe any flaws, we cannot guarantee the condition of items and are not responsible for defects that are missed / not included in our description.

All items are offered as-is, please check your items thoroughly before you leave with them - as there are no refunds or exchanges. This sale has a bunch of canned goods and some may say "best by" or "use by" we will not sell the "use by" ones - check all dates!
