Sooo delighted to have you visit and shop around!
- To be mindful of neighbors and tenants in this building, there will be no list put out to sign up the night before and the exact address will be posted the morning of the sale. Given that this is an apartment of treasures, We will bring in approx 10 people at a time. Please remain outside until you are invited in. This will give everyone the room needed to view/shop comfortably during the morning rush.
- Please do not open rooms/spaces that are taped off.
- This is a family run estate sale. To help it run as smoothly as possible please note that prices will be marked. If an item isn’t marked, or the tag has fallen off, simply ask for the price at check out. (CASH PREFERRED/Venmo available.)
- We will have some packing paper to make your trip home with your treasures a bit safer. Don't forget to bring your bags/boxes for transport home.
- Bring help to load large items. If needed we will be able to arrange a later pickup date (prior to 8/20) if you can't take your large item right away. (Must be paid in full to hold)
