This will be a cash and credit card only sale. No checks accepted!! Alternate pick up times can be arranged for any large items purchased that cannot be taken the day of the sale. Items left to be picked up must be paid for in full and picked up no longer than three days after sale ends or items will be forfeited.
All collectible and fragile items must be removed by purchaser, we will not wrap or transport these pieces once they are purchased. Boxes & some wrapping material are usually available for customer's use, but there is no guarantee we will have wrapping materials so we encourage you to bring your own.
We will make every effort to assist you in any way possible to make this and enjoyable experience. In some instances delivery of furniture can be arranged with on site coordinator for a delivery charge, please inquire if you have questions.

We do not hand out numbers at our sales. A sign up sheet is utilized on site only, (accept for appointment only sales). Once you are on the sign up sheet, you do not need to remain on site until the start of the sale. Do not under any circumstances remove a sign up sheet or alter it in any way. If you are caught doing this you will not be allowed to enter the sale, no exceptions! Nobody will be allowed to utilize a sign up sheet until 4pm the day before the sale, no exceptions! We will provide the only sign up sheet that will be recognized for entry to the sale. That sign-up sheet will be made available precisely at 4 PM the day before! No other sign-up sheets will be recognized.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON MERCHANDISE. PLEASE BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND PREVIEW & INSPECT ITEMS BEFORE BUYING. WE DO GIVE GUARANTEES ONLY ON FINE WATCHES, GOLD & SILVER ONLY, NO OTHER GUARANTEES ARE GIVEN. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT ITEMS IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. THERE IS ALSO NO BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS AND LOOK ITEMS OVER BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.
