Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a great One Day Only Concord Estate Sale on Friday April 24th from 9am-2pm. To start off you will find a huge Dept 56 Christmas village collection, some antiques, costume jewelry, Cutco knives, Mid Century décor, furniture, wonderful dining table & chairs, chia cabinet, oak curio cabinet, Disney figurines, vintage glassware, china, Christmas & Halloween decorations, clothing, old dolls, electronics, laptop computers, books, upright piano, sheet music, clocks, vhs tapes, art, wall décor, vintage kitchenware, teacups, cookbooks, basement/garage finds & so much more! Don’t miss out!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you!

Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive).

If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier).

Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
