Cotuit Estate Sale

We will have a police office from 8AM to 12 on Saturday at 9AM to 1 on Sunday to help with parking. Park only on the opposite side of the road, please don’t park on both sides. Do not park in the market parking lot, you will most likely get towed.

Description:

This house is loaded with fine antiques. Books, majolica, asian antiques, furniture, rugs, kitchen items, dressers, tables, prints, paintings, knick-knacks, outdoor statuary, lighting, etc.

Special Instructions:

If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want. Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day. Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale. Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale. On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
