Cash is King!! We do accept checks with two forms of id and now accepting ZELLE with id.
The house is packed please be patient with other shoppers and our great staff!!
This is a single family with stairs to climb - no strollers please.

Please try and park on one side of the street. Do not block driveways. Please be courteous to others. NO BLOCKING - You will be towed!!!!

We do not give prices out before the sale - please do not contact asking!!!

Please NO ROAMING around the property - owners are firm on this!!!
We do check bags and boxes do not bring items into the sale.

Bring Boxes!!! Bring wrapping paper for fragile items
There is some larger pieces please bring help to load large items.
Careful around the house and property - we are not responsible for accidents.

This sale is rather unique and quite interesting. 

The family have collections for the 30+ years that they have decided to sell. 

What is nice - is that they took extremely good care of the items and most have been kept in cases etc. 

They have collections of figurines, lighthouse, and a unbelievable collections of glass paperweights from around the world.
