No large bags permitted inside sale. We will try to provide bags and boxes for large purchases. Please bring help and large enough vehicle to transport furniture and heavy items.
Not responsible for any accidents on the property. If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item. Please do not bring food or drinks into the house.
No returns. All sales final. Items will be sold "as is," "where is," and "without warranty," whether express or implied. Unless noted, lighting and electronics have not been tested and should be professionally evaluated prior to use.
At times, we may limit the number of people allowed into the house. Sign up sheet will be out at 8am.
