This sale is for the contents of the home shared by local Cape Cod author Marcia J. Monbleau (Homesong Chatham, The Inevitable Guest: A Survival Guide to Being Company and Having Company on Cape Cod, Pleasant Bay: Stories From a Cape Cod Place, etc) and actress Pat Carroll (long list of movies/shows but probably most famous for being the voice of Ursula in Walt Disneys Little Mermaid).

Includes numerous books, antique, china, glass, smalls, furniture, kitchen items, signs, and much, much more.

There is also a 2015 Toyota Venza for sale for $8,000. For insurance purposes, we are not able to allow you to test drive it however you are welcome to turn it on and inspect the car before purchasing it. It was recently used and registered before the owner passed away. Payment for the car is accepted by cash or bank check. If two interested parties show up to purchase the vehicle at the same time the highest price offered well be able to purchase the car.

Special Instructions:

There should be plenty of parking on the street. If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want. Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.
