Best Offer Process – Furniture & Other Large Items
Select furniture and rugs at this sale are being offered through our “best offer” process, rather than fixed pricing. Here’s how it works:
You have until 5 PM on Saturday, June 6, to submit your best reasonable offer.
Pick-Up is Sunday, June 7 from 9 AM - 1 PM.
Offers must be submitted in writing, either:
– In person at the sale
– By text to (413) 441-0694
– Or by email to nick@crossroadsestatesolutions.com
Please include a photo or inventory number of the item along with your offer.
This system was first introduced during the pandemic and has remained in place due to overwhelmingly positive feedback from both buyers and sellers. Buyers appreciate the ability to thoughtfully consider large purchases, check measurements, and evaluate whether the style suits their home—without the pressure of immediate decision-making.

This sale is being held in a private condominium community with strict HOA requirements. We want to ensure residents who are not participating in the sale are not inconvenienced.
Please read and follow all parking instructions below. Staff will be outside directing traffic and parking.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in being asked to move your vehicle or leave the community.

PARKING & DIRECTIONS
Customer parking is LIMITED to the following locations ONLY:
✅ The driveway of the sale property (when space is available)
✅ Along the left side of Stockbridge Terrace as you enter/leave the community, only in the designated area where there are NO homes (see staff for guidance)
✅ Along Lee Road/Stockbridge Road where legally permitted
DO NOT PARK:
❌ In front of or near neighboring residences
❌ In any resident's driveway
❌ In front of garages or mailboxes
❌ On lawns, landscaped areas, or common areas
❌ In any location that blocks traffic, emergency access, or resident access
Staff will be outside throughout the sale directing vehicles to approved parking locations. Please follow staff instructions upon arrival.
