by participating in BRETTON ART auctions, you agree to the following terms:

Item Descriptions:
All items are described to the best of our knowledge based on seller information and our assessment. BRETTON ART makes no guarantees as to the accuracy, authenticity, or completeness of any description.

Condition:
All items are sold “as is”, with no warranties or returns. Buyers must review all photos and descriptions carefully before bidding.

Shipping:

Large Items (Furniture, Sculptures, Large Paintings): BRETTON ART does not provide shipping. Buyers must arrange their own transport.

Other Items: Shipping can be arranged at the buyer’s expense. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit. Insurance is available upon request.

Payment:
Full payment, including shipping fees if applicable, must be completed within the specified time after the auction closes. Items will be released only after payment is received.

Final Sales:
All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless an item is proven to be significantly misrepresented by certified expert documentation within 7 days of receipt.

Liability:
BRETTON ART is not responsible for any damage, loss, or dissatisfaction after transfer to the carrier. Buyers assume all risk once items leave our possession.
