Description & Details

Great sale!  Phase 2 of one of the largest estate sales we’ve done!  The house is so overloaded there isn’t enough space to display everything in the house in a single sale or even a couple sales.  We are doing a phased approach by opening more space each weekend.  We held the first of four sales last weekend by opening half the 1st floor, garage and outdoors of this 3,000 sq. ft. home.  It was crazy!  This weekend we are opening the other half of the 1st floor and adding many new things to the 1st half of the space we did last weekend.  The entire first floor is now packed with new items!  We will be opening the 2nd floor next weekend and then the finished basement the following weekend.  The owner moved to the states from Germany with two 40’ containers and accumulated so much while living here.  They have now returned to Germany with little more than a couple suitcases.  For sale is a lifetime of personal possessions including boatloads of vintage and antique furniture, art, rugs, decorative and accessory items.  Very interesting lifetime collection indeed and has been a very laborious undertaking for us!  You will want to follow this sale through the end!
