WE ARE BACK WITH PART 3 OF THE WONDERFUL ZIKAS ESTATE SALE!

There is a large and varied collection of artwork, including paintings, folk art, and studio pottery, plus antiques, collectibles, antique hooked rugs, a room-size Bokhara carpet, quality fabrics, many books, Orvis, Pendleton, and other clothing, early American furniture and furnishings, early glass, and much, much more.

THE CARRIAGE HOUSE WILL OPEN AT 11 AM

The carriage house is filled with several thousand books, Kittinger furniture, lawn and garden tools, and other items.

Saturday: 25% off all new additions

Sunday: 50% off all new additions

Any items remaining from the first two sales have been marked down more than 50%.

Please note: Entrance is through the back door and requires walking up a short but steep hill.

Parking is allowed on the house side of Franklin Street.

There is no parking on Apthorp Road — pickup only.

A sign-up sheet will be posted by noon on Thursday. Numbers will be distributed on Friday at 9:30 AM for the 10 AM opening.
