PayPal or Credit Card Payment - 4% convenience fee added to final invoice.

Catamount Auctions is not held liable for any online bidding glitches, mistakes, power outages, etc. If you bid and your bid is accepted, you have legally bound yourself to purchasing that item until if/when you are outbid.

Any bidding on items means you are in compliance & acceptance of the terms of sale as stated herein. The bidder assumes all responsibility of the terms stated upon bidding, including all terms & announcements made at the time of the sale, whether bidding through a representative, by absentee, phone or internet bidding, and is responsible for all costs upon a successful bid as stated above. We strongly urge you not to bid if you do not agree to the terms & conditions stated above. Any legal disputes arising from this auction shall be settled in the State of Massachusetts in the courts of Franklin County.

Condition reports may only be provided up to 48 Hours prior to the sale.
