1. Sales: All property is sold as is, where is, subject to error. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the items and use their own judgement. Auctions by Golden makes no warrantees.
All sales are final.
2. Buyer’s premium: A 15% buyer’s premium applies to the purchase price if paying by cash. Buyers’ premium on credit card sales is 18%.
3. Sales Tax: Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% applies to all taxable sales. Tax Exempt Dealers MUST present a tax-exempt resale certificate at registration and complete Ma Tax form ST-4.
4. Left bids: Absentee bidders must register a credit card with their left bid. Upon winning the bid, the credit card will be charged (18% buyer’s premium + sales tax if applicable). Winning bidders will be notified at the end of sale. It is the bidder’s obligation to pick up the item as soon as possible.

With the success of our Winter Auction, we are now hoping you will join us for a lovely Springtime Olde Tyme Auction with Golden's on Saturday, April 12th
First, we will start the auction with a perfectly maintained BMW 535I, in a sleek black. Beautiful interior, a classic BMW style front, this one’s a beauty!
