1. All Items Are Sold As is, Where is, With NO Guarantees of Any Kind Express or Implied. Please ask questions prior to bidding. Condition reports are opinions and should not be considered guarantees. Absence of the condition statement does not imply an item is perfect. These are vintage items and some imperfections should be expected.
2. We are not responsible for errors or omissions.
3. Buyer's Premium is 15% for cash and approved known checks. 18% for Credit Cards.
4. All Sales are Final.
5. The Auctioneer Has the Final Say in Any Dispute Relating to the Auction & Has the Right to Refuse Bids He or She Deems Unacceptable.
6. Items Must Be Paid for In Full Within 3 Days of Auction and Before any Items are Released.
7. We Accept All Major Credit Cards, cash and checks from known entities. We do not take credit cards over the phone.
8. Shipping is available through our shipping partner 3Pall.com or use your own shipper. In Addition to Sturbridge, we can transport your items to Northwood, NH for local pick-up there. If using you're own shipper, please make arrangements to have your items shipped promptly. Any item left over 30 days, will be considered abandoned with no refund or recourse. See the shipping terms.

10. Massachusetts sales tax is 6%. Only vendors with Massachusetts Sales Tax Numbers are tax exempt. Out of state certificates are not accepted.
