Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a fun Treasure Seekers Walpole Barn Estate Sale on Saturday Dec 20th from 9am-2pm. This estate sale is entirely in a large 3 story barn and a separate outbuilding. You will find antiques, antique Amish carriage, Firemen memorabilia, old tools, a huge Hotwheels & Matchbox collection, antique workbench, art, model car kits, old car parts, tools boxes, large outdoor metal chicken, old bicycles, vintage outboard motors, hardware, scrap metal, old barrels, books, collectibles, knick-knacks, Holiday decorations & more… Don’t miss this great treasure hunt & our last sale of 2025!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you!

Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive).

If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier).

Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
