Liquidating an estate in Worcester at a condominium. Unit needs to be emptied soon as owners will be moving to South America soon. Unit is filled with quality furniture, collectibles, antiques, tools, clothes, shoes and many household items such as TV's, kitchen items, and more. There is a large collection of complete sets of collectible China as well as many many individual pieces of china. There is also a large collection of Trains, Lionel, LGB and more that are also for sale but are not going to be liquidated, however best offer may be accepted for the entire lot. Owner is willing to work with buyers and negotiate offers for the trains. All other items are going to be best offer and expected to be removed day of sale. So, be prepared to remove items day of sale. Bring help for furniture and a way to transport, as well as packing materials for anything breakable. We will be holding the sale for 2 days, and possibly an additional weekend if needed.
