We do not manage sign-up lists. Entry is first-come, first-served. If a list is produced when we open our doors, we will honor it with the agreement of those in line.
There will be a limited number of people allowed in the home during the sale. We limit the number for the safety of the items in the home and so you can have an enjoyable shopping experience when you enter. Some of rooms of the home will have a limit the number of shoppers allowed at a time.
We will not allow beverages, large purses, bags or boxes in the home. Additionally, dogs, baby carriers and strollers are not allowed inside. You will be asked to leave these items outside the home or in your car.
All sales are final - there are no refunds or exchanges.
Please note that we charge sales tax on all sales unless you have a valid resale or diplomatic exemption that you can provide to us.
We accept cash, cards, tap-to-pay, and checks up to $200. All card and tap-to-pay purchases will incur an additional 3% processing fee.
Buyers are responsible for removing their purchases from the premises by the close of the sale. We are happy to provide the names of movers who can help.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to have the necessary tools to dismantle furniture, load, and move the items purchased. Any damage caused by negligent moving will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
Staff are not permitted to help with furniture removal, packing purchases, or helping to move them to your car.
We are not responsible for items you purchase and forget to take with you.

Savvy is heading to the mid-century modern enclave of Drumaldy in Bethesda this weekend for a unique sale featuring items collected over multiple generations.
Among the offerings is an extensive collection of antique silver, which includes a large selection of Georgian and American pieces, as well as sterling silver serving items. Highlights include a William Spratling sterling silver water pitcher, a Tiffany & Co. sterling silver and lead crystal loving cup, and sterling baby accessories. Additionally, there is a boudoir set of glass containers and boxes with sterling lids, engraved with the seal of the Clan Hamilton.
You’ll also find a wide array of Victorian and early 20th-century jewelry, featuring statement rings, brooches, bracelets, and various silver and gold charms. Decorative accessories include antique purse clasps, belt buckles, and buttons.
The sale includes a variety of Chinese export items, including cups, saucers, pitchers, plates, bowls, and enamelware.
For book lovers, there is a collection of rare books and ephemera, including an 1829 edition of Thomas Jefferson's writings, a signed copy of Cheiro's "Language of the Hand," and a first American edition of "Five Thousand Receipts." Additional items include antique postcard albums and 19th-century photographs, featuring a collection from Mexico.
Furniture highlights include a circa 1790 New York mahogany Pembroke drop-leaf side table, original Bertoia "Diamond" and side chairs for Knoll, a selection of side and dining chairs, and a Brown Jordan dining set.
Art enthusiasts can choose from a wide selection of small original canvas artworks by Edmund Preston, as well as architectural paintings and figure studies by Grosvenor Chapman, a notable architect and preservationist from Washington, D.C.
Textile lovers will find a variety of framed antique embroidered silks, along with antique linen and lace tablecloths, contemporary hand-embroidered belts, pillows, and doorstops.
Additionally, there are several vintage fur jackets and hats, a small selection of vintage women's clothing and shoes (sizes 8/8.5), and designer scarves from brands like Hermès, Dior, and Yves Saint Laurent.
Shoppers can choose from Le Creuset and Staub Dutch ovens, copper pots and pans, and china from Meissen, Tiffany & Co., and Royal Copenhagen, along with antique transferware and a wide variety of vintage silverplate, and a set of commemorative plates from the 100th anniversary of the American Institute of Architects.
