Chip credit cards and Apple Pay accepted subject to a 4% service fee.
Numbers will be handed out to those people in line at 9:30 am. We do not honor temporary numbers. If you arrive and a number/list system has been initiated, please know that those numbers will not gain you entrance to the sale. The first in line will receive the first #. No bags except small purses allowed. Please be prepared to return to your car should you arrive with one. We reserve the right to examine all handbags, backpacks, etc.

For insurance reasons, We CANNOT help you move or load items. We can provide the names of trusted, fairly-priced movers at your request and expense.

In purchasing pre-owned items, you agree to the following conditions:

This is an incredibly interesting sale. In addition to  a full household of upscale furnishings and decorative/useful/unique items, this sale contains the collections and libraries of the 40-year career of the curator for musical instruments at  the Smithsonian Institution and the extraordinary work produced during the similarly lengthy career of the typesetter for the Library of Congress. Of note in the latter is the paper stock used for publications, posters, banners and flyers of rag (cotton), card stock, bond and parchment papers of various weights, textures and sizes.

Musical instruments include an antique player piano with  approx. 50 rolls, a stunning harpsicord, beautifully made antique piccolos and flutes, a vintage  French horn,, a standing Victorian music box with 35 discs, stringed instruments and ocarinas.

Sale will also offer both men's and women's clothing and accessories, MC furniture, great free-standing storage cabinets, bins and boxes; full kitchen, many books, patio, office, linens, garage, toys etc.
