Terms

Sale hours are 10 AM to 4 PM Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
On Thursday and Friday, you are on your own to remove large items.
Either bring help to load large items or return at 3 PM on Saturday, and we will assist.
Park in the large field on the property as directed by posted signs and demarcation lines.
A “Hold” table is available in the house ONLY. Everywhere else, staff will mark items "sold” after receiving notice of payment from the house.
