We accept Cash, Debit and Credit Cards (with a 4 % convenience fee) and we charge Maryland Sales Tax unless you have a Maryland Resale Certificate--please being a copy of your sales tax number and buy more than $ 200.00.
If you purchase furniture, please bring help to move it. Please bring your own bags, boxes and packing materials.
We are NOT responsible for any sickness or injury resulting from attendance at our sale, and we reserve the option to limit the number of people inside the premises at any one time.

1.       All persons must wear booties, which will be provided, inside the premises, except the garage—no exceptions.

2.       Please bring moving and packing supplies and don’t forget friends to help you remove items.

3.       If you live outside the Washington/Baltimore area, we will open for out-of-area purchases on Friday and Saturday Afternoon.  

We will be accepting telephone inquiries and orders for the Art Lots 101 – 113, 122 -139 and the Vodou Flags during the following hours:

Friday, November 22, 2024, from 12 noon through 2:00 pm, and
Saturday, November, 23, 2024, from 12 noon until 3:00 pm.

Terms of Sale:  Sales only in United States, all sales final. We accept Venmo or Credit and Debit cards (we will call you back for processing, same day), Maryland Sales Tax (6%) applies unless you have a resale certificate and spend more than $ 200.00. Also, there is a Convenience fee of 4 % and a $10.00 admin fee.

 All Sales are FOB Severna Park, Maryland, 21146. After your payment is approved, we will take your item to the UPS Store (Monday November 24 or Tuesday, November 26), 550 Ritchie Hwy., Severna Park, MD 21146, 410-544-9096. UPS will call you and make arrangements to pack and ship your item.  Please buy insurance on your purchase--we are not responsible for loss of the item during shipping.
