Address is given closer to the sale days, but if you head over to Hopkins Farm Brewery, you’ll start to see directional signs for the sale.

**This is a large home with outbuildings.
-The outbuildings are not near the house.
-The outbuildings are for picking.
!! DO NOT COME ONTO THIS PROPERTY BEFORE 815. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you show up to this sale before 815, I will ask you to leave. There is still someone living in the apartment at the home and two of the children have their homes on the grounds. DO NOT SHOW UP BEFORE 815.
- SIGN UP SHEET goes out at 830!!!
-You can start picking at 830. Do not show up before 815.
- DO NOT PLAY WITH THE HORSES! DO NOT GO INTO STABLES/STALLS!

PARKING… This is Yard/Field parking, unless it rains.
If it rains, follow the signs for gravel parking or park in the neighborhood’s street parking and walk down.

Home is PACKED with amazing finds!

There is a jewelry room. There is only enough space for 10-12 people at a time.

What’s there? Vintage clothing, thousands of books, antique Welsh cupboard, equine related art and books, Limoges, Noritake, antique beds, ephemera, silverplate, lighting/lamps, modern sofa, bunk beds, linens, vintage/antique purses…so many finds!

YOU ARE ENTERING THE PROPERTY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Use caution and common sense. It’s wise to bring gloves, masks, eyewear, and/or a headlamp especially if going into the outbuildings or the basement, which is also a pickers area.

Cash, please. Local checks considered.

Please do not request prices. We are not selling from the page. Prices are given during sale hours while you are with us at the property.
