Huge Multi family estate sale at high end climate controlled 4,000 sq feet horse barn. The sale is Saturday from 9am-2pm.
Signup sheet will go out at 8 am Saturday morning. No early entry.
-We accept accept cash, Venmo and Credit cards with a 3.75% fee.
-Veteran Auctions, LLC and property owner is NOT responsible for any accidents, slips, falls or other mishaps!
-Please bring your own muscle for moving the large items. Our staff can not move furniture!
-Bring packing materials and bags or boxes to the sale to pack fragile items that your purchase.
-No pets or smoking please.
- No onsite restrooms
-Checkout clerk has ability to update all prices at checkout stand.
-All items are sold “as is & where is”
-There are no guarantees and/or warranties.
- ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS
