Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site in Marion Station, MD on Saturday December 6th, 2026 from 9 AM – 12 Noon!. This is the only time that the Auction Co. will be onsite at the home for Pickup. Items not picked up by 12 noon Saturday December 6th, 2026 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Co. And/Or Property owner. Those unable to attend the Auction pickup must designate someone to pick-up items. Buyer is responsible for the following requirements. #1: Buyer is responsible for removing all items from the Property. #2 Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower to move items from the home #3 Buyer is Responsible for bringing any tools, boxes, tape, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, blankets, straps, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove items from the property. Items you purchased will be situated in the home as they were photographed at the time of the cataloging. Winning bidders will be responsible for any boxing required. #4: Buyer is responsible for all items being received before leaving the property.
Shipping: A&M Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship general auction merchandise, however shipping is available through one of three 3rd Party Shippers. They include the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD/Delmar, DE & the Parcel Plus Store in Rehoboth Beach, DE. We deliver items once a week typically on Tue/Wed. Winning bidders pay the shipper directly for any and all costs associated with shipping. Packing/Shipping has become very expensive. We have no control over the cost of shipping items. Please bid accordingly. We cannot provide you with shipping estimates. Larger/oversized items in this auction may not be shippable and will require local pickup and/or a freight hauling/Professional moving service. Winning bidders who chose not have items shipped are responsible for picking the items up from the shipper. All sales are final. There are no cancellations, refunds or chargebacks if you choose not to have your items shipped.
