MASSIVE ESTATE SALE this weekend in NEW WINDSOR MD! The Address for the sale will be released 2/13 Friday morning promptly at 7am, on our website Mulrooneyestateservices.com & our Facebook page. Once you see The Address, head on over to the sale and FIND KRISTINA! She will hand you a NUMBER! That is your number. Please do not lose your number. The number you receive will determine your position in line when we start lining up at 7:45am. If you figure out the address and arrive early before the address is released, and are parked waiting for a number, you will automatically be #30. Please do not arrive early. Both garages will be opened at 10am! We will not be applying the number system for the garages. If you want to wait by either garage, you will be first inside at 10am. Please dress appropriately if you decide to wait. When the sale begins at 8am, we will be limiting the house to 15 customers at a time, then allowing more in as time goes on. While shopping, you may take as many items as you can carry. Please limit yourself to what you can carry. When you are done shopping with what you can carry, we will help you outside with your purchases to our holding tables and you can get back in line. NO HOLDING PILES INSIDE! Items not in someomes possession are ready to be shopped. Limit 2 name tapes per customer. Name tape will be provided. Claim larger items only with name tape. If you can carry it in your hands, it is not considered a larger item. We can help move and load larger items. Items on holding tables are not for sale. Eventually, when the house is more empty and safe for customers, we will allow shoppers to come and go, but at first we will be sticking to these guidelines. Items are priced. Items not priced are $20 or less. Cash, card & venmo accepted at all of our sales. Please do not block driveways and mailboxes. The house attic and the second floor of the garage are ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. We have made these areas as safe  as possible. Please be cautious. No holds, pre-sales or pre-pricing.
