All items sold As Is, Where Is with no warranty express or implied and absolutely no returns. Immediate removal required by the end of the SALE. We accept Cash, Debit and Credit Cards (with a 4 % convenience fee, and Maryland Sales Tax unless you have a Maryland Resale Certificate--please being a copy of your sales tax number and buy more than $ 200.00 to avoid paying sales tax.
Please bring your own bags, boxes and packing materials.
We are NOT responsible for any sickness or injury resulting from attendance at our sale, and we reserve the option to limit the number of people inside the premises at any one time.

Furniture has “Sunday Pricing,” and because it is forecasted to rain on Saturday, we will take appointments for Sunday afternoon pickups.
The following is a partial description of items in the sale. More information and pictures as we complete the set up for the sale.
FURNITURE: Antique square oak table with 4 pressed-back chairs with cane seats, a pair and single oak chairs with cane seats, oak bookcase with adjustable seats, armchair with lion carving on back, trio of oak bar stools, corner table with glass inserts, leathers sofas, sofa table with glass inserts, braided rugs, spindle-back armchair, hall table, kitchen island on wheels, and much more, still unpacking. JUST ADDED: 4 post bed, falls sized bed, chest of drawers, nigh stands, floor lamps, lamps, trio of leather bar stools, set of 4 leather seat dining room chairs, oak pedestal table on 3 chairs, wicker table, round coffee tables and much more, please see the new pictures.
