If An Item Is Not Priced You Have the Right To “Make And Offer” And We Have The Right To Dicker. We Welcome Fair Negotiations on True Volume Purchases, Worth Our While.

• We Limit the Number of Shoppers In The Home At Any One Time- Based On Sale Circumstances And Inventory. “Gang” Shopping- Groups over 4 persons will not be allowed in the home at the same time.

• Credit Cards Accepted with Photo Id. Checks Are Not Accepted.

• We Don't Hold Items Without Payment in Full. Going To the Bank Machine? Leave A 20% Non- Refundable Deposit.

• "Hoarding" At the Cashier Will Not Be Tolerated. Arguing With Estatemax Personnel Is Cause To Ask You To Leave The Premises.

• The Sale Is Over When It Is Over, Not the Day After.

• All Sales Are Absolutely Final- No Returns or Refunds.

• To Pick Up Large Items After Purchase, Come Back an Hour Before Closing, Or By Appointment, Large Furniture Is Removed With Estatemax Supervision By Your Own Labor And Vehicle. We Mark Them Sold And Give You A Receipt. Estatemax Will Not Load Your Vehicle for You.
