WE TRULY THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING CARRIE’S WAGON ESTATE SALE

General Conditions & Payments:
• We accept Cash, Credit Cards (Visa/MC/Discover/AMEX) Debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle for purchases (no checks at this time)
• Credit Cards (3% processing fee) and State Sales Tax (6%) will be applied to all purchases
• When parking, please reserve the driveway for loading only. Do not block driveways, parking spaces, or mailboxes
• Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. All items are SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS
• No guarantees on the electronic items, test them in advance before
• Discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day
• NO LARGE PURSES, BACKPACKS OR TOTE BAGS ON SITE
• You are responsible for the removal of items purchased 2 hours before closing on
last day of sale, unless a prior arrangement have been made
• Please bring your own help as our employees cannot help with loading large items
• All our estate sale have camera surveillance
• Please do not bring food or drinks into the house or sales area
• All children under the age of 15 must always be accompanied by an adult
• Dealers, bring resale ID# documentation

ALWAYS BE CAREFUL: We are not responsible for loss of your personal items, injuries,
accidents inside, around, or outside the home or estate sale areas. We are not responsible for any damages.
