SUNS OUT FUNS OUT! Beautiful January week for an Estate Sale! Find us in TIMONIUM MD this upcoming Thursday & Friday! The Address will be released at 7am on Thursday 1/8, doors open at 8am. The Address will be released on this Facebook post, a brand new Facebook post with followers tagged, as well as our website Mulrooneyestateservices.com strictly at 7am. Once you see the address, head on over & FIND KRISTINA! She will be wearing a yellow FIND KRISTINA sweatshirt. Give her your name and receive your number on The List. The List will determine the order of entry when the doors open. The earlier you arrive the higher your number. If you want to avoid the crowd feel free to show up anytime and simply get in the back of the line. No need for numbers when the sale begins. Plenty of neighborhood parking. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes. Bring your bags and totes. Holding tables will be set up for your purchases. All items are first come first served! Name tape will be provided for larger items you can't carry out right away. We can help you move and load your vehicle. Many items are priced. Items not priced are $20 or less. Cash, card & venmo is accepted at all of our sales. Customer limit will be determined the morning of the sale. No holds or presales. Everything in the photos 📸 will be available in the sale.
