Thank you for your interest in our estate sale! Please be aware that no public restrooms are available at the estate sale. To comply with state and county regulations, we will limit the number of people allowed inside the home. For security purposes, we ask that you leave all purses, bags, and backpacks in your car or at home; you may bring only your wallet. We will provide shopping bags for your purchases.

Parking is available on the street. Please do not park in private driveways or block mailboxes and driveways of neighboring homes. Your cooperation in respecting the neighborhood is greatly appreciated.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards with no additional fees for card payments—please note this sale is cashless. All sales are final, so be sure to inspect items carefully before purchasing. Items with "Sold" stickers or placed on the "Sold" table are considered sold. For large items, please bring a friend to help with loading and any tools needed for disassembly, as we will not have staff available to assist with large furniture.

The driveway is for loading only. Please speak with one of our team members if you need to arrange a different pickup time. Feel free to call us to confirm the availability of specific items. Please ensure that all purchased items are picked up by 5:00 PM EST on September 28, 2025.
