• MASKS or face coverings recommended. We did a lot of cleaning but there is still a good deal of dust. We also recommend wearing GLOVES to protect your hands.
• FLASHLIGHTS are advisable.
• Bring your own packing material and boxes.
• We reserve the right to check bags, boxes, knapsacks, and totes.
• All items sold as is. All sales final.
• Access to the entire property is at your own risk. Attendance is at your own risk; we assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries or loss of personal property on the premises.
• Please DO NOT wander beyond the sale area.

In the same family's care for three generations since its purchase in the 1940s, this property holds generations of treasures.
