10% Buyer’s Premium for cash or good check. 13% Buyers Premium for debit or credit cards. Cash or credit cards accepted for precious metals or jewelry. No checks accepted. Out of state checks accepted if known by auctioneer. No exceptions. All dealers are required to provide re-sale tax certificates. No exceptions. 5.5% sales tax applies.
PICKUP: Winning bidders must provide their own boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for the removal and loading of all items. Any item not picked up in the allotted time will be considered abandoned with no refund unless other arrangements have been made. The items sold will be available for pick up on May 2 through May 4 between 10 am to 4 pm and Wednesday, May 5 by appointment only.
ALTERNATE PICKUP: As a special service for the convenience of our valued customers: Anyone who would like to pick up their purchases in Falmouth, Maine we will offer to transfer your purchases to our warehouse. Requests for items to be packed and taken to our Falmouth facility can be accommodated for a nominal handling fee. For those interested in this service, please call us at 207-797-9386 (this is a landline--text messages will not be received) or email gbell23@maine.rr.com with your name and the lot number(s) you would like to have transferred.
SHIPPING: Selected items are available for shipping. Small items can be shipped in house. Complex or large items will be referred to the Falmouth, Maine UPS Store. For a shipping estimate, please call the UPS Store at 207 781-4866 or email: store0757@theupsstore.com. If you wish in house shipping, please contact us at 207-797-9386 to negotiate the shipping and handling of your items.

Auctioneer’s Note:  After seven years this will be our first live auction conducted at the American Legion Hall.  This is an auction with no internet bidding.  You must be present.  Absentee and phone bid bidding on selected items will be accepted.  We have constructed this auction to encompass all facets of the antique and collectible business with an attempt to offer something for everyone.  The auction will have no more than 170 quality items.   We've kept the auction brief so buyers can be home at a reasonable hour.   The gold, silver and jewelry will be the first items offered with the antiques and collectibles to follow.  To expedite the speed of the sale, we have catalogued the auction for your convenience.  The Ladies Auxiliary have returned to provide their quality homemade offerings.  

Ample free parking and handicapped accessible.  If possible, please park on the right side of the building.
